WWW.EATINEATOUT.CA 65 TASTYGARDENER.COM 1. Preheat oven to 375oF. Place 12 liners into a muffin tin. 2. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 3. In another bowl beat together the milk, eggs and vanilla. 4. Using two knives or a pastry blender, cut the butter and peanut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. 5. Pour in the milk/egg mixture and mix until just combined. 6. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full. Sprinkle with banana chips. 8. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
