Oatley Tic Toc --$15.00 This 40 year old Aussie winery is led by Bob Oatley who is a fth generation Australian -- a direct descendant of the convict, James Oatley, who was born in Warwick- shire, England in 1770, the same year that Captain Cook discovered the east coast of Australia. This shiraz is everthing you want in a glass of red wine. Sumptuous and velvety, with complexity and spice. Berries, plums, baking spices and a touch of mocha are all present with a lasting nish. This well rounded shiraz pairs perfectly when you are grilling up a great steak or lamb chops. Zenato Pinot Grigio 2011 - $13.95 This Italian Pinot Grigio is a bargain. This wine is refreshing lled with citrus, oral, pear and mineral avors that lead to a lengthy, crisp nish. Great on its own, but will complement mussels or sole dishes well. WWW.EATINEATOUT.CA 101 Oatley Tic Toc Chardonnay - $14.95 This is a great value wine from Australia. A terri c example of a modern chardonnay, where fruit and texture are upfront with oak playing a supporting role. Lovely pineapple and fresh g avors, creamy spicy oak and a touch of vanilla make this a perfect pairing to serve with lobster or shrimps with pasta in a cream sauce.
