For example if she was missing her green or red magnet then she would let me know that she needed to eat broccoli or an apple so that she could complete her rainbow for the day. After the success it brought to our family (my husband and I track our rainbows too). We decided to turn it into a product for other families too! Our rainbow chart provides a tangible and fun way for children to track their intake of fruits and vegetables. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE TODAY I ATE A RAINBOW.COM? Our website is a fun place for people visit and get advice on feeding kids (es- pecially picky ones) and how to create an environment in the home that encour- ages eating lots of fruits and veggies. We also have a fun kids cooking series called In The Rainbow Kitchen that pro- vides families with healthy and easy recipes they can make together. WHAT TOOLS FOR MOMS DO YOU OFFER? Lots! Our Today I Ate A Rainbow Kit includes: a chart, 4 sets of tracking magnets, 4 achievement magnets and our Rainbow Bunch kid's book. We also have a lot of articles to share, free resources such as our Today I Tried chart (it can take at least 10 exposures to a new food before it is accepted this chart helps parents keep track and not give up too soon!), our Rainbow Eaters Certifi- cate as well as lots of fruit and veggie colouring sheets! We really enjoy putting together information and tools that help parents set healthy eating habits.
