WWW.EATINEATOUT.CA 35 TURKEY and GOAT CHEESE FLAT BREAD Cook 1 lb ground turkey in 1 Tbsp olive oil with 1/2 cup chopped red onion, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp dried oregano and 1 chopped garlic clove in large skillet. Mix in 2/3 cup tomato or pasta sauce. Place 12-inch round store-bought flat bread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, 2/3 cup Cookin' GreensTM Chopped Spinach (from frozen), 1/2 cup slivered sun-dried tomatoes and 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese.
