Divide evenly into six and press into oil-sprayed muffin cups. Using your thumb, make a well in the middle of each. Fill with barbecue sauce. Bake at 375º F for 22 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for additional 5 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Make 6 mini meatloaves.
